Aurolac

Aurolac is an industrial adhesive sold in Romania, designed to be used in repairing terracotta stoves. It is commonly abused as an inhalant. The word ‘aurolac’ is now more commonly used as a derogatory term to describe a homeless person, as in the late 90s the silver adhesive gained infamy from widespread use by the homeless. 

Aurolac is also the name of my BA graduate collection for Central Saint Martins, for which I created 6 looks. However, it has expanded beyond those looks into commissioned pieces and designs. It encapsulates my core inspirations - which I often refer back to.
